Our guest for this episode is the fabulous Kate Lawler! She tells us all about her experience of becoming a mum, and how it's our fault she got pregnant in the first place. 

We discuss the biggest challenges Kate faced after Noa was born, including coping with post-natal depression. She reveals the things she wishes someone had told her before the birth, and how she's dealt with the pressures parenthood has put on her relationship.
